NOAH’s Friends is a non-profit organization that supports the state-operated New Orleans Adolescent Hospital (NOAH), Community System of Care which treats Louisiana kids, and adults with severe mental illnesses through its nationally recognized “safety net” system. The friend’s website offers donors and potential donors an opportunity to learn more about the organization, its principles and work.
